The OHBC Leadership Team is made up of six committed followers of Jesus Christ (click on the photos to enlarge):

JEFF NOE

  Jeff serves as our Pastor-Teacher. He’s been married to his wife, Tanya, for 18 years and they have two children, Chandler and Tyler. Jeff has a Bachelor’s Degree in History from UCLA and a Master’s Degree in Theology from Talbot Seminary in La Mirada, CA. Tanya has a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Liberty University. She serves in two vital areas of ministry at OHBC - in the leadership of our Children’s Ministries and as a teacher in our Middle School ministry.

ROY LOPER

Roy serves as our Worship Leader and serves in our youth ministry as well. Roy has a deep passion for youth which he lives out everyday in his role as a campus supervisor at Hart High School. His wife, Lisa, is an integral part of leading the Children’s Ministries at OHBC. Roy and Lisa have three children: Ryan, Rebecca, and baby Abigail.

MARK GIGANTI

  Mark brings a strong leadership gift to OHBC which he continually exhibits in his career as a high-impact business trainer. Mark is currently volunteering his time as a teacher in our Middle School ministry. Mark’s wife, Beth, has a passion and gift for design, which she puts to use in helping OHBC with our communications. Mark and Beth have two children, Jacob and Grace.

GORDON WADE

  Gordon serves on the OHBC worship team, and, along with his wife Denise, also form one of our vital Children’s Ministries teaching teams. As a high-ranking law enforcement officer, Gordon brings valuable leadership experience to our church. Gordon and Denise have two children, Gavin and Elise.

DOUG WADE

  Doug plays guitar for the OHBC worship team. Like his twin brother, Doug brings important experience, discipline, and leadership to our team as a high-ranking law enforcement officer. He and his wife, Melody, have five children: Christian, Lauren, Michael, Emily, and Justin.

DAVE WADE

In addition to playing drums for our worship team, Dave has a deep passion for Men’s Ministry and a desire to see marriages strengthened within the church. He currently leads our “Love & Respect” couples study. Dave and his wife, Jill, shepherd the hearts of a bevy of kids: LaRae, Moriah, Farrin, Travis, Kristinee, and Cody.
